Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before your consultation. To do so, contact us by email at [email protected] or by phone at +33 583 470 741. Changes with no additional fees are fully accepted within this timeframe.

You will receive a secure video conference link by email a few days before your consultation. Make sure you have a stable Internet connection and a device with camera and microphone (computer, tablet or smartphone). Test your connection in advance. If you experience any technical issues, we will help you immediately.

We accept payments by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfer. Card payments are processed securely through our encrypted system. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your time slot. An official invoice will be sent to you after your consultation.
